dinner time

TOnite we had plain white porridge with asparagus fried with mushroom, eggs fried with salted turnips and smoked ham fried with onion and mushroom.
Plain simple dishes... but kept our tummy really happy and full! :)
It seems like Ryan very happy too...he is trying to feed Kit asparagus with his mouth ;)

yohooooooooooo i am back...pai seh.... boy been disappeared for soo long!
I am okie...is just that..lately i am too busy with my family and couldn't find the time to blog anymore.
I know is sad..but hey..busy is a good thing isn't it? heheheh least i am not bored :)

Doing great and everyone is healthy and fine.

Looking for job now and having headache looking for childcare centre that suits ryan too..sighh...i hate to send him away..but i got to get back my own life too...

Fun time with the snow

Here is Ryan with his first time playing with the snow at the backyard of the house....he is trying to build a snow pile..hehehe ;) Finally, we have been waiting for the snow to come ...coz we already got the snow boots and Ryan got the snowsuit for Christmas from Aunty Jasmine, my cousin in Toronto.

Happy 2 Years old RYAN!!

Yup... is Ryan's birthday today! Happy Birthday my dear! Boyy..2 years old already..time really flies... 2 years ago..at this time...i think i was having my shower after i experienced my water bag broke...so panic and was counting the contraction pain..whether it was 5 mins apart or what...when i really look at the clock... it was like 3 mins apart..n my tummy was kinda cramp a little bit..i was soo excited and can't wait for him to come out!!

I remember that day was a Sunday afternoon...and i was soo tired after having my late breakfast...and i decided to go lie down...as i was going to dozed off...my water bag broke...it was like a baloon with water inside exploded..kekekkee... that time i was kinda excited and scared at the same time. Kit of course was in the basement playing his computer game (that time we were still living at my in law's place) and my in laws were at the kitchen talking to each other.
After i got out from shower and got ready to go down basement to tell Kit that the baby is coming...that time i didn't the pain yet...after telling KIt..kit was kinda anxious and excited..and was rushing me upstairs to call the doctor...
that was the time when i really feel the pain... the contraction were really close and my tummy felt like going to explode annytime.
We didn't get to go to the hospital till 2 pm... when we reach the hospital...i was like screaming a little bit in pain...and the nurse was kinda telling me..the doc is coming...just have to wait for awhile....I remember that around 2 pm plus..the doc came and asked me to go into this room...and lie down on the bed..so that he can check on me....he checked on my dilation ..n told me that it was already 8 cm dilation. BOyyyyy..when i heard that..i was like that was fast...coz lotsa ppl told me that...when u first experienced ur first contraction...it will be like 30 mins apart or an hour apart..but mine was 3 mins apart.and when u reach 10 cm dilation..that is when u can push the baby out...hehehhe
It seems that Ryan couldn't wait to come out to see the world huh..;)
I remeber the doctor asked me..whether i wanted epidural (pain killer) ...i remember i said..yeaaaa..of course... i couldn't stand the pain...
then...the doc asked me to get down from the bed..and walk to the next door room..which was the labour room...and he will arrange me the epidural process thing..
when i went into the labour room....and lie down on the labour bed...my contraction was getting stronger and stronger...i was like screaming soo loud till the doc came back to see me without taking any of the epidural stuff back...he checked on me..and told me that my dilation was at 9.5 cm... is kinda late for me to take epidural...0.5 cm..i can push already..hahaha..darnnnnnn...Ryan was fast mannnn...
SO i was like telling the doc..i can push now..u dun have to wait till 10 cm...seriously..i can feel that he is coming out...ahahahhh
boyyyyy the screaming..and the pain...LORD!
the contraction on 9.5 cm till 10 cm...really kills me..feels like i am on fire..haahhaha...
when i push RYan's head out...it was a big relief for me.... the shoulder and the rest of his body was like nothing to me..hahah..felt soo mmuch lighter....phewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

What an experience eh...and Rite now..he is 2 years old....
I am very blessed and grateful for what the Lord has given me... a healthy,cute,cheeky,smart and loveable boy!

how to be good parent?

Today Ryan has been very misbehaving. He purposely spilled his left over milk on the sofa and and the floor.... this is not the first time he did that. It has been lotsa times already. For the first few times i told him not to that and explain to him why he cannot do that.. but still he repeated it again and again.
TOday it got me soo mad coz the sofabed cover is a denim cover and rite now is winter time is very hard to wash and dry it. So, i exploded and scolded him and i even hit his hand. For that moment i didn't think rational that he will understand why i was scolding him and hitting him. But after doing that..i felt so badd and felt like a lousy mother.
After awhile..i talked to him and tell him why i scold him and hit him. It appears that he listened to me and he kinda felt sorrie for what he had done. I am not sure he really feels that or not...but the way his looks portrays to me..i am guessing he is getting it.

After few hours....it was time for bath. RIte after i bathed him ...he played the lotion on the table . He squeezed all the lotion on the table.
Again..i lost myself. I was soo tired with all the chores and he added more stuff for me to do. I know kids doesn't understand how tired we are n etc...but i really snaped out!
Again i scolded him ...and he looked soo shocked and sad.
It hurts me alot whenever i scolded him.
Deep inside my heart i know i should have explained to him first... but when actual fact happened..i couldn't control myself.

I really feel bad and didn't do a good job as a mother :(
I am praying hard that i will change myself and control my temper. :(
I hope i wouldn't repeat this again and raise Ryan in a healthy and positive way.

Snow on the rooftop

These are the pictures i promised to take..i took from the upstairs room where the first picture shows the view of our garage and backyard as well as the back opposite house. The second picture is my neighbour's backyard..where all the snow covering the lawn...and the last one is the view of my sunroom's roof as well as a little bit of my back yard.

Tempreature today is not soo bad ...is abt -5.. but with the windchill is abt -10..hehehe...
But guess what..i just got the news that by Monday we will be getting double digit tempreature..somewhere around 11 degrees with thunderstorm...
walau..what drastic change... one minute winter weather..and the next minute autumn weather... sigh...
we are like winter coat on and off..then fall/autumn coat on again..

Geetha..i agree with u..i dun really like wearing the winter coat n stuff...n worst part is..dressing Ryan up whenever we have to go out!
Not like Malaysia...sleeper will do ler..no need socks or hats, gloves...etc..soo troublesome!

TOnite we are going over to Mississauga to sleep over at my SIL place...coz MIL and FIL coming back from KL
not soo good news for muaaaaa :(
today i felt a little bit tensed up..coz i knew our lives will change again with them coming back.
For the last 2 months without their presence around... we were soo much peaceful and freedom!!
OH GOD have mercy on us! Protect us from any evil harmful plans that already set for us.

All i can say..may the force be with us. :))

hehehe..sometimes i feel like i am soo silly ..but i can't help it...for what i have been through with my MIL.

minus 20 degrees

We are freezing cold rite here in Hamilton. TOday the tempreture drop to minus 8 but with the windchill ..it feels like minus 20.

This morning when i got up i saw our neighbour's rooftop filled with white snow! yea..its been snowing since yesterday evening...we are supposed to get 5 to 10 cm of snow today but luckily we didn't get that many..heheh ;)
It is freezing and my hands really feels like the fridge coldness!
And the best part is... is still autumn/fall now..we haven't go to winter yet..hahha... the weather is getting crazy lately!

Too bad i didn't get to snap some pictures of the snow from the roof top..will get some tomorrow if i have chance :)

Feel like having a hot cup of tea or cocoa....that will warm me up! :)

3 years anniversary

Happy 3rd Anniversary to us! hehe...time really flies fast huh... boyy, i still feel like it was just yesterday :)

We didn't really have a big celebration. We decided to celebrate one day early. We went out for dinner with Ryan. Had a great time and shop around in the mall for xmas presents. :)

i quit!!

hahaha...finally!!!! i did it! i took lotsa courage and thinking ...and i quit my job! YUP can't take it all that shit anymoree...the whole shit really affects my health and family.
Yesterday was my last day! Kit told me he can see soo much difference in me rite after i handed in my resignation letter on Thursday. hahah..i seem more happy and relax.
B4 i was soo tensed up and always nervous all the time. sighhhhhhh.... rite now i am focusing on looking for a full time job as well as a day care for Ryan.

Is abt time i make full use of what i have studied b4.... can't just stay home ...my brain is getting rusty nowadays.
Too bad rite now is towards Xmas...no one is hiring...i might have to wait till Jan 06..
We are doing fine ..just have to tighten a little bit our belt..kekekek.. no more luxury stuff :P

I really felt good!! PRAISE THE LORD!
I dun care what ppl think...(i.e. that i should wait till i get a new job first b4 i quit..bla bla...bla..)
i really dun deserve that kind of job....
I have faith in the Lord that He will provide us.. AMEN!

first day of snow of 2005

Aiks...here it comes.. the ole mr snowman coming out again doing what he has to do this year. Tomorrow we will have a little bit of wet snow plus rain! yaiks for those who has to drive tomorrow and not soo much yaiks for me! hahaha
All i have to do is stay home and keep myself warm! :)
But i still have to walk to work ;) hey no complains here.. i know i know... walking is still better than driving on the wet slipery road!

The time has come, where u can hear all the holiday season songs been played on the radio and malls. All the christmas decorations been put up for sale... i wonder whether i should buy one santa clause outfit for Kit? hmmm hmmm..coz he already has the big belly signature of santa clause...if he doesn't dress up like a Santa..it will be a waste? hmmm hmmm..what do u think? hehehe
he sure will not dress up for me..unless i buy one for myself as Mrs Clause? ;)

Good ole SUNDAY!

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh... perfect daay of the week ...SUNDAY! Kit and i just love this day..coz no pressure thinking of going to work or no tension to rush doing grocerries and stuff. Just a normal and relaxing day for us to spend time together as a family! :)

When u really enjoy the day..the time really fly by very fast! How i wish everyday is SUNDAY for us.. ;)
We had a great day today eventhough we didn't do much. Mara & Ian (our neighbour-very nice couple!) cancelled our date (having dim sum at 11 am) today due to Mara didn't feel that well. This morning was cloudy and rainy. I guess that makes her even more sick!
We just can't live without the sun! We can stand the brutal coldness but not without the sun. It just makes us gloomy and miserable!

Since the date has cancelled, so we decided to go Eastgate Mall for shopping! hahaha long time didn't shop plus what i went through last nite, i just have to shop!!
Well, we bought some household stuff and i got Ryan Sesame Streets Alphabet blocks!! :) he loves it although he doesn;t know how to read yet! He just stack all the blocks and knock it down after he stacks it! he just loves to do that :)
Then we stock up the sodas for Christmas ...just in case any of our friends visit us during xmas :)
The weather was great during noon time...the sun came out but it was very windy.
Too windy till there was one of the three got blown down infront of our house. Lucky thing nobody got hurt! Policeman came after an hour later and waited for i guess 4 hours for the other man to come to chop the tree and remove it from the street.
It wasn't a big scene but there were ppl taking pictures with the tree on the street and posing holding the tree branches ..hehehe.. (of course they did it b4 the policeman came)

We just spend the rest of the day at home doing nothing. :)
I just like the feeling of doing nothing at all..

Rough nite!

Whoaahhhhhh! tonite i had the most tough time ever at work. I was scheduled to work for 4 hours and 45 mins tonite and i can say most of the calls that i got was unbelievably CRAZY!!!
I really do not understand why a person willing to make your life miserable just because they had bad hair day or woke up at the wrong side of the bed?

Is because I have no choice that i have to work in a pizzapizza call centre just to pay the bills, people thought order takers working there deserve to work there and have no wherelse to go.
Those customers really acting like they are soo much superior and u deserve to serve them!
DAMN IT!

I am soo frustrated nowadays and so tempted to quit my job! I really pray hard that i can get a new job, a full time job that really use my brain!

I was sooo mad and frustrated till i got chest pain! hahah..boyyy..i realize that it is soo not worth it to get upset for those MORONS!
They were acting like kids! worst than kids!

Halloween

Hey is the time again. Well, only 2 occassion that ppl here do the decorations around their house. 1 will be during fall end of October during Halloween and 2 will be during Christmas. When you walk pass by each house u can see all sorts of decorations like scarecrow puppet hanging on the porch, a white gown kinda ghost look alike thingy hanging, pumpkins decorations like monster, spider webs, lightings and even a blow out ballon air of a big ghost or monster statue in front of the yard.
I haven't take those pictures of the decorations yet. Once i take it i will post the pictures.. maybe tonite..keekke ;)

As for us? hmmm kinda lazy to do the decorations yet coz Ryan is still young for that. Trick or treating for Ryan? Well, Kit said Ryan is too young for that too... hmmm i dun quite agree with him abt that..i think we should at least let Ryan have the fun going to houses like other kids to get some candies! hahaha..least we dun have to give out candies...coz we wont be at home to give out candies if we go out trick or treating.. ;)
We can dress up in costumes.. maybe i'll dress up like an old witch and Kit as BATMAN? hahaha
more like chinaman got la..hehehe

Hmm oh well, maybe next year...Ryan will be older that time to go trick or treating. We already bought lotsa candies to give out :)
Weather is getting way cooler rite now.... can feel the brutal winter is coming! Gosh i hate that when i complain abt the weather!

still alive

heheh.. i am still alive ....yeaa..been busy? (is that the rite word to say or i should just say lazy..hehehe)
Yea.. been lazy to log on and furthermore Ryan is not taking his afternoon nap at all for the past week. I feel so exhausted rite now..coz Ryan is at the naughty tool stage where he is soo curios abt everything.. climbing the chair,window and anything he can find that he can put his legs on.

For the last 2 weekends was pretty normal and boring for us. Didn't do much..stayed home and cleaned the house.
Been looking for other jobs lately and i got a job interview last thursday. Well, i thought it went well from my point of view, but i didn't hear anything from them. The lady who interviewed me was a little bit shocked when she saw me..maybe because i am a foreigner.. even her handshake wasn't firm enough! Is like she was soo scared to touch my hand. Hmmm oh well..what the heck... is in a good way too that i didn;t get the job coz it won't be a pleasant ride for me anyway.

So i am still with my current job (which is not a superb job but at least it helps me to pay the bills)
NO complaint....but sighhh... i am just facing the emotional up and downs situation. Felt a little bit useless at home.
I dunno why i felt that...maybe because i am too bored! (bored? how to be bored with Ryan? wonder... hmm..hmm)

Jeeeze i dunno... that is the reason why i didn't update my blog for such a long time.. don't feel rite at all...
I need a break soo much!

Kit need one too! badly! but..what am i thinking now? break? how? Who is going to babysit Ryan??
NO one!
Sighhh..sometimes i just felt like i don't belong here at all... i miss my family back home in Penang soo much!!
So ALONE!

Ryan has fever

My poor Ryan has fever today, a slight one. He must have caught the cold last nite. :(
My whole afternoon was spent looking after him, making sure that he is okie. He had problems sleeping and just wanted to be carried. Very tiring for me today coz i woke up 5 am this morning till now.
I had to work this evening but it was just 3.5 hours shift. Not a very long one. Today, Thank God, all the calls i received were pleasant and polite.(sometimes, customer are just soo rude to u).
When i got back home, Ryan was there happily welcomed me home. He just melted my heart whenever he do that :)
He is much better now. Kit is sleeping with him tonite. (yea, still having problem training him sleeping alone) but tonite is no exception, coz he was sick. :)
Normally weekdays i sleep with Ryan and Kit got the whole queen size bed to himself. Tonite i can enjoy my new queen size bed :)

Happy Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is round the corner-actually this coming Monday. So everyone, GOBLE! GOBLE!

Thanksgiving is a day where all the family members gather together to give thanks and appreciate what we have.
As for us, we don't really celebrate though..heheheh.. never know how to bake the turkey...furthermomre turkey is huge!! 3 of us couldn't finish it.
We probably plan to do something else...time to spend with Kit and Ryan. Another long weekend b4 Christmas comes. :)
We are not sure what we are going to do yet..probably staying at home and relax :)

HAppy thanksgiving everyone!

3 Years!

Ha! time relly flies eh.. 3 years of today, it was my first time landed in Canada to meet Kit. I have been to Canada for 3 years already.
Omigosh..it seems like yesterday..hehehe.. the long flight really gave me nightmare! 20 odd hours of flight...oh booyyyyy... i dun think i can do it with Ryan..hehehe

Boyy, what i have accomplished so far within these short 3 years:-

1. Got married
2 Learned how to cook
3 Learned how to be independent (i am the youngest in the family-have sister and aunties to help me)
4. Learned how to be a wife
5. Learned how to tolerate my in-laws
6. Learned western culture lifestyles and adapt it (still having problem adapting it)
7. Learned how to be a mom
8. Learned how to be a patient mother and wife
9. Learned to balance millons and millions things in 24 hours
10. Learned how to control my temper! (ha! this one really a good one...i was a very bad tempered person back in Penang, Malaysia)

I am not sure that i have accomplished much coz there are still much more to learn here. Life is tough when u r alone (as in no relatives supports u).
I am soo blessed and I really appreaciate what i had. If i am given another chance, i would do it again. :)

Ryan still not talking...

Ryans is turning 20 months this 25th September and he still not talking yet. I mean he still baby talks.
He understands what we tell him and he replied us with his own language..ehhehe..sometimes we have to guess what is he trying to tell us.

Words that Ryan used everyday are as follows:-

"tat-tat" : wanna pee or bo bo
"Mmmmm" : means the food is good
"Nen Nen": means he wants his milk

Words that he acted out instead of saying it are as follows:-

"wave bye bye" : whenever we say bye bye or whenever we check out from the cashier register in the mall or bank teller. He loves young blonde ladies and he makesure he steal their hearts aways by waving goodbye to them.

"making whoof whoof sound" : whenver we told him to food is hot or the oven is hot, dun go near the oven.

"hit his bum bum" : whenver we say Ryan yai yai, ta ta see fatt (notty, hit ur bum bum ha)

"shaking his 2 wrist around: when we say the food no more, u finished ur food already.

"clap his both hands: when we praise him or thank him if he did something good i.e. after his finishes his bottle of milk, he will bring it to me for me to wash, pick up small pieces of garbage on the floor if he sees one and throw it in the garbage can. We normally say "pandai baby" or thank you baby... ;)

Ryan sometimes really surprise me with his little action like put back all his toys to the bin when he get it from.
He is not a bad boy... sometimes really melts my heart and sometimes drive me crazy too..hahahah
i guess it balance up huh ;)

Rite now i am still struggling to potty train him. Manage to show him the potty and let him sit on it..but he doesn't like it.
It will take times..

Summer is ending...

Here comes Autumn or Fall we call it. Summer is ending this coming 22nd Sept. We can feel the chilly cool weather these days especially during the morning and late evening. We have to get ready for the cold brutal winter where we have to shovel and shovel everyday.
We also need to rack all the dried dead leaves when autumn comes and start pruning all the perenial flowers and for those who wish to plant spring flowers, they can start now.
That's the beauty or not of staying in 4 seasons country.

During summer time, we have to do the lawn and cut the grass, autumn we have to rack the leaves and winter time, we have to shovel the snow. Hhahha..there is always something to do overhere.
Today i have started to prune my roses and cut it short so that it can grow back next year.
Didn't do much coz nothing can be done if Ryan is around. I have to watch him so that he didn't eat the soil or run out the walk way.. sighhhhh..
wish i have a gate to block the driveway!

I am not really looking forwad to winter except for Christmas! It is soo cold and it gets dark so fast during the day. Can u imagine around 4.30 pm the sky is almost as dark as normal 10 pm during the summer. It just makes u think that the day had already ended and have to look forward for tomorrow.
The only good abt winter time is less crime. All ppl will hide somewhere and u wont see a single soul on the road during nite time coz it is soo cold! hehehehehe

Hope we get a good winter this year!

Don't feel good!!!

I am not feeling good! Not in terms of health...but emotionally i dun feel soo good! I dunno why.
Maybe is just one of those days i guessss.
Today i have to work late and i am going to miss my family time with Ryan and Kit :((
It sucks!!

We got our mattresses

Yes!! Last sunday, we went for matresses shopping. Ryan needs a new bed coz he has grown soo much and besides that he doesn't like the baby mattres..is kinda too hard for him to sleep on.
We also need one good one too!
We went to this store at Upper James (Hamilton Mountain area) recommended by Kit's colleague.
We got pretty good deal there. Our queen size mattress cost $880 (two split box spring with pillow top on top of the mattress included) and Ryan's single matress with box spring cost $200 bucks and plus $30 delivery charge as well. SO all together we pay $1110. Sigh, there goes another big expense, but is well invested though! Because the mattress that we are sleeping on rite now always gives me back pain. :(
Ryan needs to learn how to sleep alone by himself so that we can get good nite sleep every nite eh!

Sunday was another full day for us! We went grocerry shopping early in the morning (went 3 places). After that, we went back home drop all the things and headed to the furniture store.
After we paid downpayment of $500 bucks..we went to Wallmart and shop around and had lunch there too.
Then we headed to St Joseph to visit Nellie. She looked soo much better now. I am soo very glad that she is doing soo well. We spend 2 hours there accompany her and talked to her.
We got back around 4 plus and headed to my in-law's place to clean up and collect their mails.
It was a short visit there only and we reached home for good around 6plus.
We met our neighbour Mara & Ian outside their backyard deck. THey were having bbq and they invited us over. So we did not want to reject them coz they have invited us several times already..and everytime we say no...sooo this time we have to say yes.
It was good...we had ribs, Kit had T-bone steak..Ian is soo good at BBQ .. he can bbq several different things at the same time..without burning them and they all tasted good with the rite texture !!
We enjoyed it soo much! Ryan was having fun too..playing with their 3 dogs!!
He had a full day and nite too!
hehehe we came back around 9 plus pm..woahhhh i was soo beat that nite eh.. coz that day my "auntie visit" too eh :(
sighhhhhhhh..
but overall, it was fun!! :)

the guy didn't survive

Heard the news yesterday, that the guy who got shot near my area didn't make it!! :(
God Bless His soul...hopefully police manage to catch the culprit!

Gun Shot in my area

This early morning around 2 plus in, i was having problem to sleep. My back was so itchy because the air is soo dry and i forgot to put lotion. (one of the problem staying in overseas)
So, i was scratching here and there till Kit woke up and asked me am i okie..hehehe pai seh...woke up hubby pulak...
then i said okie la..but my back soo itchy and i was having problem scratching it..cannot reach ler.
SO he said..turn over i scratch for u la..so i turned lor..the he scratch scratch ...wahhhh...soo nice..much better...then suddenly no hand movements and i hear engine started snoring liao..alamak... he scratched till he dozed off again ...so i woke up and go to wash room to put some lotion .
that time the clock showed 2.50 am. After putting the lotion.. i went back to sleep..after few mins i heaard 2 gun shots!!
I thought i was dreaming but at one point i thought again..cannot be because i wasn't sleeping that time..i was just lying down only.
THen i looked at the cloock it was 3 am and after like 10 to 15 mins i heard police sirens and ambulance sirens too.
Ohh oooooo... there were really gun shots eh..but i had no idea where was it.
I didn't not wake Kit up..coz he was really tired and furthermore he has to get up around 5 am..so i better let him sleep.
I went back to sleep and remind myself to watch news in the morning..
Around 4 am i heard very loud fire engine sirens...is very near by..aiksss...fire nearby? i got panicked...got up again n looked outside the window...
i didn't see any firetrucks ..but i could smell very strong smoke and i even see it too..
Kit was woke up by the sirens too...sooo...i was like busy checking the front and back windows to find out where was the fire came from.
Nope..i couldn't see it..only can smell it.

I just told kit that just now i heard 2 gun shots and he was like are u sure? I didn't hear it eh..then i said..of coz u didn't hear it la..u went to dreamland liao whatttttt...heehehe
that time it was 4.30 am liao..
kit said..okie la..let me snoozz for another half an hour ..then i have to wake up liao...

oh boyy whole nite we didn't really sleep good eh..
And this morning when i watch news..yup there were 2 gun shots happenend nearby my area.
It happened 2 blocks from our house... (5 mins walk or less than that)
it was a white guy got shot on the head and he was lying on the parking lot.
Sighhh...
Summer is always not safe for everyone overhere. Dunno why everyone tend to do crazy things in summer.
That guy still in critical condition. Believed that he had involved in a fight. :(
Hope he gets better and survive!

And the fire..it was 5 blocks from our place. The whole house was burned down. nothing left. :(

Yesterday's Dinner

That is what we had for yesterday's dinner. Is call Fajita Tortilla wrap. Pictures taken from before i started to cook and finished wrapping.
I used beef, mushroom,green and red pepper (forget to snap it) , and onion. The Fajita seasoning can be bought at grocery store.
I like this wrap thing..tasted good! When i was in the process of uploading these pictures, Ryan saw it and he say "mmmmmmmmmmmm" ( his version of yummie) heehehe.

Oh yea forgot to mention, my home grown beef steak tomatoes!! heheheh RYan loves it very much!
and for the wrapping process, u need some shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce and onions.

Got my own "toy"

Perfect timing for me to blog this... i am enjoying my hot green tea and listening to Alicia Keys album.
Today we had a full fun and great day. We started the day by going to Confederation Park for a long walk. The weather was perfect this morning...infact the whole day!
Nice breeze and cool air. After the walk, we went to Easgate Mall in Stoney Creek to shop for my "toy". Yup, i want to buy an electronic stepper for myself. Thought this could help me loose some weight during the winter. :)
BOught it for $79.99 plus taxes. It was okie, wasn't a bargain price ..just a regular price. After i got my stepper, we went to get some flowers for Nellie. The visiting hours were 2-8pm. So we reached there almost 2 pm .

Nellie looked soo much better compared to last Sunday. She started to eat a little bit and we can see some colour in her face.
Last sunday she looked so pale and tired!
We are so glad that she is much better. She is staying at the Acute Mental Health Department. People admitted there are experiencing major depression problems.
Nellie told me most of the patients there were young adults..some are 16 years old only..
Wonder what kind of depression they are facing huh...hmmm

ANyway, we stayed there till almost 4 pm. We reached home around 5 plus. It was a full day for us. Ryan was soo tired.
Rite now , my boys are snoozing away in wonderland....dreaming away in dreamland..hehehe

I just wanna have some quite time for myself and relax a little bit.
I am kinda miss my quite time. :)
What a Sunday for me! I really enjoyed my day today! I dun have to work and i get to spend time with my two men..hehehe

Nice friday morning

This morning i strolled Ryan to see Nellie and i found out that she was admitted to St.joes.
I have already took the information and we will visit her this weekend. TOday's weather is good. Is very breezy and cooling. The sun is shinning but we didn't feel any heat at all.

I strolled Ryan to Gage park from Nellie's place. It was 15 mins walk from her house and 10 mins walk from ours.
Ryan seems happy when he sees the swing. When we reach the swing, Ryan was giggling laugh and pointed at the swing.
He was soo excited and couldn't wait to get into the swing. He was having fun and great time swinging.
I felt much better after breathing the fresh air. :)

Felt a little bit different today, kinda a little peaceful compared to other days. Maybe because i knew tonite i only work 3 and 1/2 hours shifts. Yesterday was 4 hours and the calls keep coming in non-stop.
The worst part was i talked non-stop till my throat got itchy and kept coughing. :(
Lucky the phone calls i got yesterday were all decent customers.
Thank GOD for that.
He really watch over me. Sometimes when i got nasty customers, while we were talking halfway, the connection got disconnected itself..hehehehe...lucky me... i do not have to handle them.
But sometimes i have to..but He provide me the wisdom and courage to face them.

This coming weekend is a long weekend for us. Monday is a holiday for us. (Labourday)
Kit gets excited and already planned what to do on that day. :)

Nelli admitted

Nellie admitted to St.Joseph Hospital. (Nellie is my ex-neighbour) She didn't feel good. Her depression gone worst after Albert's passed.
She has lost 12 pounds.

Pray hard for her recovery. Will visit her this weekend.

MIL & FIL back to KL, Malaysia.

Mother and Father in law are going back to KL, Malaysia tomorrow. They will be back here in 2 months time.

Should i say... yehhhh yippieeeee yehhh..hehehe..oh well, we are okie lately.. is just that we didn't get to see each other that often anymore. Why? Because i am working late till 9 pm every thursday, friday till saturday. So, normally Kit will bring Ryan overthere and come back home around 9 pm. :)
So, i dun get to visit them. WHich is good in away coz if we didn't see each other, there won't be any problems at all. :)

Their perspectives towards me still the same as before. And as for me, I am totally okie (healed!)
I do not feel bad anymore whenever Kit and Ryan visits them. I guess i have moved on!
I thank God for this.
I thank HIM for his strength, courage and wisdom!!
AMEN.

Lotto 6/49- jackpot 14 million

Aisey man, I normally dun buy all these lottery stuff but i was soo tempted yesterday to buy one when i see lotto 6/49 jackpot was 14 million.

We are soo desparate to get more money to pay off the mortgage and i can go to school get better education in order to get a better job.
Sighhhhhh... I have sinned against my heavanly Father. :(
I bought it yesterday and i even got excited to check the result at 11 pm yesterday.
My heart was raising fast and hoping to win at least 100 thousands.

Buttttt too badddddd... i didn't win. hehehehe... I know there is no short cut in life!
I have learned my lesson i guess.
Sighhhhh... just waiting for good opportunity for Kit and myself to get a better job.

Oh well, i am very grateful that we have our own house, He provide us both a decent job to put food on the table.
I could never ask for more!

What a mess!

Yesterday was not a good day for me. I didn't feel well, felt like wanna vomit whenever i eat. I dunno why i felt this way. Maybe because of the weather, was cloudy and dark.
As the nite came and i was preparing to sleep, Ryan started to vomit everything he ate for dinner on the bed!
Yikesss! I was shocked for few seconds and didn't know what to do... and Ryan was continuing vomiting the food.
My brain was shut down for few seconds. I just sat there and looked at Ryan with his uncomfortable look. Poor Ryan!
After Ryan finished vomiting. I carried him away from the bed and headed uptairs bathroom. Kit was taking his shower and i had no choice to ask Kit to bath Ryan while i started to clean the mess.

It wasn't a good day and nite for us! Kit was having bad day at work. He didn't complained at all. He was soo patience and did everything he can to help me to clean the mess.
Took us an hour to clean up the mess.

Lucky Ryan was okie and he appeared normal after the bath.
Thank God that he was okie.
Less problem for us to handle.

Tummy -ache

I had a bad tummy-ache on Friday because i ate too much grapes...hehehe..yea FIL works in the vineyard and he picked lotsa fresh grapes. Yummie and sweet. He gave us a lot too. So on thursday nite i ate a lot... (what to do.."tum chiak" maa...)

Friday morning i felt lousy and i visited the washroom more than 8 times to boo boo... hai yo...cham laaaaa.... sooo i didn't get to work on Friday nite. Call in sick. :(

No choice la..i felt lousy too... but luckily the warm water helps me a lot. I am much better now.

How to get ur toddler zzz?

Hmm Ryan is 19 months old today. I am facing this problem as in to put him to sleep in the afternoon.
Hai yo..very tired, tried to bath him and give him his bottle after that, hoping he will sleep rite after the bottle... but he is soo wide awake after the bottle.
Running around, up and down the staircase.

I am writing this while watching him at the same time. :(

The older he gets the lesser he wants to nap during the afternoon. Very hyper nowadays.

WHat to do?
Any suggestions??

Perfect Lunch!!

Woohooo what a perfect lunch on Sunday ! Is worth the money! We went for Japanese food buffet. We had grill eel on the rice, Salmon head (deep fried), miso soup, Grilled Saba ( a type of fish) terriyaki chicken, California rolls, tempura, Oshinoko rolls, Egg rolls, (orange egg ), etc.
BOyyyyyyy we only pay 52 bucks (taxes included) for all the food.
Is all u can eat.Mannnnnnnnnnn i never had such a good japanese food with this price.

This place is located in Scarborough and the owner is from Hong Kong. Hmmm one thing abt them is they dun know how to speak English. Our cantonese is not very good. So we are kinda mistreated by them. A little biase from them due to my Aunty doesn't speak Cantonese at all.
They give u this weird look.

And worst part is they charge Ryan as small toddler price instead of baby price (or should be free)
SO when the bill came we saw 8.99 for baby. My aunt argued that they shouldn't charged at all.. coz Ryan didn't eat 9 bucks value of food.
Then the manager was having hard time arguing with us..coz he doesn;t know how to speak English. Hmmm come on mannn..is Canada... u should learn at least the basic one.

This is the certain Chinese attitute i observe here in Canada. They do not want to venture out the box. Only stay in their own comfortable space. The manager thought his business is good enough coming from their very own kind. No point of learning English. WIll never have Westerners coming in for food.

Anyway, he managed to give us another price and he charged Ryan 5 bucks instead of 9 bucks.
Hmmmmmm....too bad the service is baddddd.... if not everything will be perfect.
The food is good. the setting of the restaurant is perfect too..
buttt service???? very bad!!
That's why i did not give them any tips at all...heheheheh
too bad laaaaaa....
He asked for it. When he argued with us.. he didn't even apologize at all. As a manager....or business owner...u sure hope every of ur customers will come back second time..
at least have the courtesy to apologize!!!

sucky friday nite

Walau what a nite on Friday! I was prepared and ready for the busy nite at work but didn't expect to be really really superb busy!
We had rain and thunder storm that nite and Toronto was flooded by the heavy rain. Everyone called pizza for dinner. Mannnn.. why can't they order somethingelse huh?
The phone calls came in non-stop. WOrst part was all the customers were hungry and frustrated from the long wait to place the order.
Sigh... i was frustrated too that nite due too didn't get to go for washroom break at all and have to deal with mean customers!

Those customers thought they can get free pizza due to the rain and storm. Too bad some of the pizza store were forced to close due to no electrical power. Walauuuu when u told them the store were closed they got even more mad and curse you on the phone. Well i understand their frustration but at least dun curse mannn... be more like normal human being ler..
If the store close..then call other pizza store la..what soo difficult?

I really dun understand some ppl can really have the attitude to do such a thing. Just pray for them ... to calm down and behave more normal.
If not..one day they sure got heart attack or something. Always loose cannon ..i mean temper.

TGIF?

Hey is Friday and do i really feel happy and excited like everyone else ? NOPE! hehehehe.. my version of TGIF will be TGIM. yup Monday instead of Friday. Sigh, i gotta work late tonite and Friday nite normally heck bussier than every other day.

But Kit and Ryan, they are really happy. Kit don't have to wake up at 5 am tomorrow morning and Ryan gets to spend time with his daddy.
I am not going to let the work thing bothers me coz we are going to visit my aunt in Toronto this sunday! Yippieeeeeee.
Yup we planned to have Japanese food in North York. My aunt is going to show us the place and of course i will handle the bill. Ahem...hehe yea lor..work liao maa..must take care of the bill lor. :)
My aunt told me that place is all u can eat buffet kinda thing but is not the normal buffet. We get to sit and order as many as we can but provided we must finish it all.
If not there will be extra charge for it for the leftovers. So we don't have to get up and walk around to get the food. AWESOMEEEE!
Sounds good.
Least i dun have to worrie abt Ryan roaming around the restaurant..kekekke
Can't wait for Sunday.

Dim Sum Again....

On Sunday we had dim sum again. This wasn't a planned one. Our original plan was having picnic at Conferderation Park. Kit even cut some honey dews on Saturday nite for the picnic. Unfortunately, on Sunday morning, it was pouring rain. We were like undecided what to do on that morning coz we couldn't picnic that day. As we were preparing our breakfast, we received a phone call. I answered the phone.. and it was my MIL called. She said err..later go "yum cha" and i was like..yum cha ar? where? and she said Scarborough.. ohh oo..it was soo far.. is an hour drive there and she said we have to be ther around 11 am.
So i said okie..wait ha..i pass the phone to Kit u talk to kit.

Oh well, MIL and FIL wanted to go yum cha so no choice lor..have to go. We drove there and they have have to squeeze themselves at the back with Ryan and his car seat. Poor thing it was pretty uncomfortable forthem eh..but they didn't say anything.
My SIL and her hubby came as well.
We had an oki time and after dim sum we headed to a place where they sell samosa (indian curry puff) and roti canai..mannnnnnnnnnn it was goood..
I thought i could never have fresh roti canai ever overhere..hehehe now i have found the place.
It was recommended by FIL's friend. and the samosa..it was good and cheap.. 5 pieces for a buck..darnnnnn..it was good! I found muruku (indian chips goodies) as well. but they were expensive though..1lb for $3.99 eh

we bought 45 samosa and 10 roti canai..whooohhhhoooooo..hehe of course we ddidn't eat all..we gave some to MIL and our neighbour Mara and Ian.
and yesterday i cooked some curry chicken to eat with the roti canai.. yuummmieeeeeeeee! long time didn;t have roti canai liao..hahahaa

pretty rough time..

I had pretty rough time last couple days. Lotsa things running inside my brain that stressed me out. On Thursday, i had a doctor's appointment for mamography and scanning for my both breast. I found lumps on my both breast.
Kit took off day that day to take me to the hospital. On the same day Kit had a job interview at 8 am. The interview went well for him. It was a big company that make forklift and is a US based company. He really likes the company and really hope that he can get the job. Rite now he is waiting for second interview with the Engineering manager.
Kit loves the working hours... mon-thurs starts around 8am till 4.30 pm and every friday starts at 8 am till 12.30 pm. Isn't it awesome?
Is nearer and Kit gets to sleep in for an extra hour if he gets the job.
Just pray hard he gets it!

As for muaaaa... sighhh.. of coz i am worried sick abt my situation but i didn't show it coz dun wanna spoil kit's mood for his interview.
My appointment was scheduled at 1 pm.
He got back around 9 am that day. It went well i guess.. am glad for that.
We reached the hospital around 12.45pm and registered myself at the reception desk.
Then came a nurse or mamography technologist brougt me to the mamogram room. There i have to wear the gown and Kit and Ryan waited outside the room for me.
The mamogram hurts alot. The nurse took 4 pictures and sent me off to the scanning dept where i have waited for few mins before a scanning technologist came for me.
They did the scanning and didn't find anything that is serious. THank God for that part but.. they are not doctor. They will send the results to my family doc and my doc will call me next week to tell me the report.
Just praying hard that everything is okie.
Am worried coz my mom's side has a history of cancer.

The worst part of that day was after the whole thing in the hospital, i have to work that day too. Started work around 5 pm. I wasn't feeling good that evening. Felt like wanna faint while i was walking to work.
Maybe i was too stressed out last few days.

I am just too worried that if anything happens to me, there is no one to take care of Ryan.
Is funny because before Ryan, my life is just mainly myself.
When i have Ryan already, the first thing comes to my mind is Ryan. Everything has to do with Ryan.
Really missed him alot when i am at work.
Guess every mother has that kind of feeling.

Oh well, i am very grateful and thankful for everything that He has blessed me with. No complains at all!
Just wanna count the blessings everyday! AMEN!

Great Dim Sum

Yesterday was a great day for us. We brought Nellie, Alfie and Doris to Dim Sum at Crystal Dynasty restaurant. They loved it! It was their first time having the real chinese food. They tried "har kau"(shrimp dumpling), "siew mai"(pork dumpling), shrimp egg roll, fried shrim salad, fried turnip danish, ribs with black bean sauce, chee cheong fun with chinese pastry, chee cheung fun with fried tofu, bbq pork bun, beef with black bean sauce and bean curd and fruit cocktail for dessert.
They tried everything. :)
I am so glad that they really like the food.
After dim sum, they came over to the house for visit. We had the small cheesecake coated with chochalte. it was nice and full for everyone. heheheh eating non-stop eh.
They stayed for few hours and left around 2pm.
Nellie wasn't really happy as in she is still in the process of grieving of Albert's passed.

I was working yesterday too. I took extra hours just to earn extra bucks.
It was okie and normal.
My performance was evaluated yesterday without my knowledge. My surpervisor was listening to the calls that i take. I didn't realize it till she printed the report and handed it over to me.
Lucky that i didn't swear or anything ..heheheh
oh well, i never do that unless the customer is rude to me. NOrmally i will just come back and let it out over here..kekekek

My performance was okie..they graded me excelent with customers..hahahah. I am just lucky only to have customers that were nice yesterday. :) Is a blessing from HIM.

The next evaluation will be next month. Will see how i do ;)

Big Mama in the pool

Fuii yaaaaahhhh... this big mama was in the public pool with her swimsuit for the first time in her life... yup I went to join this Aquafit program yesterday with Lillian and Anita (my ex colleague).
It cost me $3.10 to join the program. Cool huh. It starts at 7.30pm and the exercise lasted for 45 minutes and we get to go into the hot tub with jaccuzi jets inside for half an hour.

Boyyy it was really good work out and i really felt it. My whole body ache so badly today... hehehe..what to do..first timer here maa..
I dunno how to swim but i was convinced by Lillian to join the program. It was good and I really love it!
Our instructor ,Mr Musaki.. he is funny and energectic.. and HOT too..hahahaah..too bad i am
married!!
I like all the movements .. all the kicks and jumps in the water..really tired u off.
I just wish i can do this everyday..but too bad..they only have it once a week.

Kit is soo nice to baby sit Ryan and let me enjoy myself. I really need it..something different and away from the baby for few hours ;)
I can't wait till next week to do it again ;)

Without daddy around

Ryan got up this morning looking for his daddy. Poor baby..hehehe... he was up around 7 am as usual..and calling "ba ba" and searching up and down for his daddy. He looked a little disappointed and i told him ba ba already went to work and will be back later around 5.30 pm.

Lucky that he did not show any tantrums ..phewwwwww...i thot he will not behave today but amzingly he took it okie. Rite now he is snoozing away :)

I didn't feel good either today coz it is not the same anymore. For the past week, i woke up and Kit was there and i asked him what he wants for breakfast. Today i have to have breakfast alone with Ryan. :(
Time really flies eh..i just wish we can have another week to enjoy..hehehe

I did lotsa cleaning today. I have cleaned the rangehood and stove. Boyyy, lotsa grease everywhere. I took Ryan out to the backyard for awhile. He was soo excited playing with the plastic empty pots and his prem.
As he was busy playing, i quickly sweep the driveway and took out some weeds.
Today is very hot and humid. Tomorrow will be even worst humid index will go up to 44 degrees celcious.
Hmm we have to on the air conditioner again. : ( there goes the bill!

Haida Battleship.
We went to see the battleship on Saturday. The battleship we were on called Haida. She was used during WW 2 and as well as the Korea war.
It was awesome to see how the marines sleep and eat during the war time. ;)
The ship behind Kit and Ryan is a new ship. Just arrive last weekend to Hamilton from Halifax. We get to see it for free. That ship is only 25 years old. :) Pretty new and very high-tech inside.

bohoo holiday is over :(

Today will be the last day of our holiday together for this summer..it is soo sad. tomorrow Kit has to go back to work.

We really had a great time for the past week. Kit got the basement done a little bit and we managed to spend lotsa time together shopping and going to trails for our exercise..hehehe.. Yup our dieting activities been going on very well. Kit and I shed a few pounds.
and of course Ryan..he enjoyed the most..hehehe he really happy to sees his daddy every morning when he wakes up :)

Tonite we are going to have our first steamboat together in this house..hehehe...it's been a long time i had steamboat eh.. i think it was the nite b4 i gave birth to Ryan. ;)

I have just dyed my hair just now... to light brown colour ..heheh just to hide my grey hair. Yup i have grey hairs since i was 7 years old. Got it from my granny. Runs in the family i guess.. Her hair was all grey when she turns 40 years old. :)
Some ppl says that i think too much... well, not 100% true la..at least maybe some percentage lor :)

Tomorrow will be another boring day for me..back to my normal daily routine. :(

Kit is on 1 week vacation.

Wohoo! Kit is off this whole week. Saturday, i took off as well because my aunt from Toronto came for bbq. Everything went well and they love my bbq chicken wings and ribs :)
It was a full day for us but we really enjoyed ourselves very much.
Sunday we went to Scarborough (another city in Ontario), a china town, more of chinese population. We stock up our dvds (pirated ones of course..hehehe shhhhhhhhh...) we got 8 for 30 bucks. I chose some chinese movies and kit chose some english movies. It was a fun day too. After shopping around the chinese mall, we stop by at my aunt house in toronto. Her daughter bought an outfit for Ryan on Saturday but it was too small. So, she went to exchange it on Sunday and asked us to drop by after shopping at Pacific Mall.
We spent the whole afternoon and evening overthere. My aunt took us out for dinner, we had sushi. It was tasty! Yummie.. didn't have sushi for quite some time already! :)

Oh yeaaa, i got a Black and Decker oven toaster from Jaz and Aunt for my birthday! Yippie..very nice of them :)
They are the only family members i have overhere in Canada. They help us alot when we had hard times last time.

We didn't go out today coz Kit wanted to do some renovation work in our basement. So he spent the whole day working in the basement today. It was really hot today and i had slight headache and tummyache too (tummyache from "aunty visit")
We didn't really plan to go anywhere this week coz Kit has to finish the work in the basement before winter comes again..
So maybe tomorrow we will go shopping again..hehehe this time probably Mapleview mall or Ikea. Wanted to check out stuff in Ikea. :)
Ryan sure will be very happy tomorrow coz today he didn't get to go out at all. poor baby, he was so frustrated just now and showing tantrumms..
boyyyyyyy drives me nuts too. ;(
Luckily now he is asleep and i can enjoy my peace and freedom! ;)

Honey Lemon Lean Pork with Red Kidney Beans

Tadaaaaaaa... this is my invention. Nope i didn't get any recipes on the net coz Ryan was up as soon i finished blogging. So i didn't get any chance to surf the net for recipes.
I didn't not cook the prawn. I chose the lean pork instead.
At first i did not know what i was doing. I just took everything out from the fridge. Anything that i can find..heheheh
So i invented this dish. It was not too bad. Everyone loves it.
It has

Potatoes
Carrots
Button Mushroom
Red Kidney beans
Lean Pork
Ginger
Onion

Seasoning:
Dark soya sauce
Salt
Sugar
Honey
Lemon
Vegetable stock

I do not know how exactly the amount that i put. Everything was just according to taste. hehehehe
Not bad after all huh.. so everyone is satisfied. Ryan has his potatoes and Kit has his soup and a little bit of chinese cooking.As for me, not soo much of spicy food ..but nevermind la.. at least i got my juice last nite..hehehehe ;)

Today i just simply fried rice. Easy and fast. Furthermore i have to work from 5 till 9.30 pm and Kit is going to his parents place anyway. So no point for me to cook fancy food. :)

What to cook?

This is the question i asked myself everyday. I got problems cooking dinner everyday. First of all, I have 3 different taste buds here in the house. First, Kit has those china man taste bud..where he wants soups, vege, etc those chinese cooking. Second of all, my dear son Ryan, has western taste bud.. he wants potatos, bread, cheese, pasta etc .. and lastly myself, i want spicy food! hehehe

ai yo, headache, kepal pusing eh.. dunno what to cook. I struggle everyday cracking my head what to cook for dinner.
Today i took out prawns and some lean pork from the freezer. I still haven't decide how to cook it. But i already boiling the chinese yok choi tong (chinese tonic soup?) i also dunno what it suppose to call in english.
Ryan is good and bad in away.. he is bad because he doesn;t like rice at all. He prefer pasta or noodles. BUt he is good because he eats his vege.. :) any kind of vege u give him..he will eat it too. esp he loves those green leafy vege :)
So i have to make some potatoes to subsititute the rice for his carbo.

Kit never complains abt the food i cook, He just eat it eventhought it doesn;t taste good. All he will do is he just keep quiet..hehehehe if it is good..he will compliment me. Ahh isn't it nice huh?
BUt sometimes i felt guilty too..coz he work hard too..i just wanan do my part as a wife to cook him some good food that he is looking forward everyday when he comes home from work.
Of coz, i cannot cook fancy food on the days i got to work.
So, that is why i am struggling on the days that i am off from work.

Not to mention that i have already struggling what to cook for Ryan during lunch. hehhehe
n myself, i am in the process of dieting too.. try not to eat oily food and eat more vege and fruits.
That is why we bought the juicer.

AI yai yai... i hope i can find some recipe on the net after this..heheheh..

This is what i have for lunch today. So refreshing and filling eh. One big glass of juice to drink to cool me off from the heat and help my stomach stay filled.
Tasted good too.

Shopping day!

Yeah! I am very excited about today because is my off day. Don't have to worrie abt rushing the house chores and going to work.
We planned to bring Nellie , Doris & Alfie (Nellie's sis in law and bro) to Crystal Dynasty in downtown for dim sum. Supposed to meet them at Nellie's place around 11 am. Unfortunately, I got a called from Nellie around 8.45 am this morning saying that Alfie having problem to chew his food as in his mouth is sore. Poor man, so i told Nellie maybe next time, after he fully recover first if not he couldn't enjoy those food. They never have dim sum before.
Alfie and Doris, they are 2 beautiful people... as nice as Nellie! Doris just bought lotsa toys , chairs and table , tri-cycle and bicycle for Ryan. Yea she is soo nice and thoughtful! Bless her!

As the lunch has cancelled, we thought of going shopping! hehehehe.. long time we didn't shop. Furthermore, Zellers has good summer sale this weekend. All men and women's clothings are 50% off.
Kit bought 2 pair of pants and i got myslef 2 pairs of pants and a blouse as well :) hehehehe
I get to buy one extra pair because of my birthday is coming up..hehehehe
I got one pair of jean for 15 bucks, and dress pant for 15 bucks as well. Coolies!
and the blouse cost a little bit more, 20 bucks.
KIt got his pants for 15 bucks too. Cool DEAL!
Never felt this satisfied before. heheheheh
We had a great time shopping.

Ryan of coz had fun at the toy aisle. He behaved himself overthere. He didn't really touch a lot stuff.. and he only touch the one he wants. heheheh but too bad..the one he touch cost alot! Daddy couldn't afford.
Talking abt high and expensive taste here huh? ;)

It was pouring rain when we left Zellers. We have to go to Asian store for our grocery shopping. Got ourselves some chinese pastries (buns with filling inside) and got some chicken wings for this coming Saturday's BBQ.
Yea this time i am having my aunt from Toront coming over for bbq. :)

We had those buns for lunch and we had New York Style Pepperoni Pizza for dinner. hehehe no need to cook again. how lovely! :)
I got that pizza for free coz i got coupon from work. :)

Just another relax and wonderful Sunday for us. :)

couldn't sleep

Is almost 1 am now and I am still awake. Dunno why, maybe because my back is giving me problems.
Yesterday i had pretty bad backache in the middle of the nite and i ended up sleeping on the floor.
Hmm dunno why.
Besides that, Kit is snoring too loud and i couldn't concentrate my sleep..hehehe..so i thought maybe i go blog la..

Yesterday i had pretty long shift compared to the one i usual had. I worked from 5 till 9.30 pm. Boyyy, my ear is pretty sore with those ear phone thing on for hours.
I had one customer ordered 21 large pizza for pick up and cost her abt 217.17 ..whoohooo..that is alot man..there must be a party or something. At first i thought she was kidding only..but she sounded very serious.
Oh well, some ppl can just spend money like that..i cannot afford. It depends, if we are having party, we will probably have something else ... not just peperoni pizzaa.

Later on i will have another long shift too..oh boyyyyy gonna be a long day for me. ..with all the grocery shopping, banking, etc and work starts at 4.30pm.
Pretty busy busy day i can foresee it.
Luckily i get sunday off :)

I hope i will have pleasant customers later.

power juicer

We just got our Jack Lalane's Power Juicer which we ordered from TV on Saturday morning.
This juicer is superb cool coz it really gives lotsa juice and the pulp really dried out unlike from the normal juicer.

It cost Kit 252 bucks for that thing. Ya.. what to do, need to stay healthy nowadays, coz we really have serious problems with our health. We just got it yesterday. Darn postman delivered it early in the morning yesterday abt 7.30 pm. I was nicely snoozing away when i heard the door bell rang. It was the side door bell (we have 2 doors-the main door and the side door, and our mail box is at the side door, and we have 2 types of door bell-side door bell ring once *dong* and main door bell ring twice *ding dong*) i was still half way asleep and half awake. Then the door bell rang again, i looked at the clock, mannnn is just 7.30 am.. i was thinking who the heck is it.
I was still reluctant to get up and get the door...i thought maybe somebody is trying to play the door bell or something.
The next thing i heard a real hard knocking on my side door. Ohh oo..i thought who is it... so i got up and try to get change coz i was on my spaggethi strap tank top (hot leh), dun want ppl see me on that with my messy hair..
the moment i finished changing, went to open the door, i guess the person left. Nobody was there, i opened my mailbox therei s this card from post office saying that i have a parcel.
Then i was big relief.. it was just the postman...maan they are early!

So i was going to look for the location for us to go pick up the parcel. It says there the parcel was left at our back porch.
Wahhhhhhh... like that also can ar..mannnn what if we are not at home huh ....so i went to our back porch.. saw this huge box ..n i tried to carried inside.. MAnnnnnnnnnn it was soo heavy!
it weighs 6.5kg..
Lucky i managed to carried it in.
I knew it was the juicer.. :)

I didn't try the juicer till Kit got back. We had carrot and celery juice. Yummie!
TOnite we try different juice.
We can juice abt anything.. the schute is big enough for us to put the whole apple inside without cutting them into pieces first.
Ain't that cool?!

Felt like trying tomatoes, carrot, celery and brocoli.
hehehe..yea they came with 2 recipe book.. all sorts of juice u can make.

Patch up!

This is the follow up situation when Kit got back and found out that i was mad and blasting the computer room..hehehehe

Oh well, he was trying to explain but i was too upset to listen to him. I didn't really talk to him. I was too upset to even use my brain to argue with him.
I know he is torn in between 2 but heyyy, he is a grown up man and he has a brain to set his priority.
He can tell them that i have already cooked and will go back and eat. ...buttttttt... he didn't. and the worst part is..this is not the first time his parents did this to me.
Everytime called the last minute and asked us to go there for dinner. Never care abt ppl's feelings and respect ppl's privacy, freedom and plans.
THey always never have the decency to call ahead and tell u what they want. And what makes me even more upset is, Kit never have the guts to say no and always "fly" over there when his parents call.

ANyway, i didn't talked to him till Sunday morning. He woke up and try to patch things up. But i didn't bother him and let him handle Ryan all morning.
He didn't even say sorry or anything. THat even makes me more frustrated coz that means i dun have the right to get angry and my anger towards him is totally wrong.

He came to me and explain the whole thing to me..how things happen yadaaaa yadaaaaa yadaaa..
i couldn't be bothered what the actual story is anymoreee.
That time Ryan felt soo bored and he wanted to go out soo much. Sooo, we stroll Ryan to Gage park..it was sunny and hot day. I was walking in front and he was strolling Ryan at the back. We didn't utter a word during the walk to the park.
I put Ryan on the swing and let him enjoy his swing for awhile. Kit was sitting down on the ground day dreaming away.

Lately, we just grew further away from each other...we really need a big break.. u know..no baby, enjoy ourselves, go dating n such.
We didn't do things together for such a long time already ever since Ryan is born.
U see, i do not wish to let my MIL to baby sit RYan for me and go out with Kit. I just couldn't do it. I dunno why ..i dun feel comfy and i dun feel alright at all.
All these while i am just holding my guard proctecting Ryan and myself from MIL and without realizing that i am ruining my relationship with Kit.
Hmmmmm i just dunno how to let go and go on with a normal life....

As we were walking back home from the park... I started to talk to kit as in what happen to us. WHat he wants from me... u know i am trying to help the relationship and mend things back.
He told me he needed break.. a big time break.
I knew what he wants when he mention break. (Ryan always stick to his daddy when daddy is around..so that makes kit very tired)
I know he wanted me to let his mom to baby sit Ryan and we go out on a date or do things together without any interruption from RYan.

So i was soo reluctantly said..okiee..since i am off today, why not bring Ryan to ur mom's place and we go for a movie later.
Deep inside my heart i was ssoo hardhearted to do that...but i got no choice.
Kit really needs a break from everything he is doing rite now.
Me too i guess..

SO guess what, we went to watch Mr. and Mrs Smith at 3.10 pm. It was good movie.
We drop Ryan at MIL's place around 2pm and off we go.
THe movie ended aroundd 5.30 pm and Kit drove us back home first. He suggested that we should have some time to ourselves alone at home b4 picking up Ryan. heheheh notty him
we had bubble bath together and some intimate time together ...hehehe ;)

I was like happy and relief that we had time together. The best time ever since RYAN!
but at the same time..i was always worried abt RYan all the time.
Silly me huh!

Boyyyyyyy i am damn piss offf rite now! I just got back from work and found out hubby and Ryan is overthere at MIL's place.
I really hated that when Kit did that..is not i dun like him going there..is just that he bring RYan there without letting me know!
He didn't really respect me at all.
Why can't he tell me in the first place when he wanted to go visit his parents!
OOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooohhhhhh..geramnya! felt like wannna strangle him eh!

when i got back..found the house is empty and found the note on the fridge saying that he and ryan is overthere.
Arghhhhh!
I still have issue with my MIL.
Seriously, lately she is up to something..always wanna get close to Ryan...I really hate that!
I know i should not feel that..
but too bad..i couldn't help it.. I just hate her soo very much! for what she has done to me!
I can't let goo...

Rite now i dunno what to do..i have to blog abt my feelings rite now..with my speaker on blasting my computer room!

N guess what? they are having dinner nicely there...fuck! i have already cooked and kit just wanna eat there.
what's the point of me cooking at all. furtheremore i have to go to work ..i sacrificed my time just now...tried to cook dinner b4 i go to work.
N WTF! he is nicely having dinner there!
WHY? because stupid mom asked to!
MAMA's boy always will be MAMA's boy..can't he just said that i have cooked and come back and eat la..
damn it!
now what am i going to do with the leftovers.?

Happy Canada Day

Happy 40th Birthday to Canada. Yup, Canada turned 40 last Friday. Our long weekend was very nice and tired.
Thursday nite we went over to Kit's parent's place for dinner. We bought some pizza overthere coz Mil didn't know that we wanted to go there. It wasn't a planned one though, coz Fil called on wednesday nite and left a message to call back, which we did but he didn't put his phone back properly so we couldn't get through. So, Kit decided to visit his parents on thursday evening. That's why we ended up having dinner overthere. I didn't get off work till 9 pm that nite, so it was latee long nite for me. I had my dinner around 10 pm. More like supper huh..hehehehe

Anyway, Friday was a great one. We spend early morning outside our backyard watering the platns and clean up here and there. We decided to stroll Ryan to Gage park (10 mins walk from our place) a nice park where they have yearly celebration on Canada Day. They have concert, amusement rides, craft works, and lotsa multi cultural food stalls as well.
We just went there for a walk and Ryan as usual enjoyed his swing very much.

Kit's younger bro came to Hamilton around 2 plus afternoon that day. He stayed over the weekend at my Mil's place.
Saturday was an okay day for us...but extremely tired. Fil has to work that day and nobody driving mil to grocery..so she has to tag along with us to do some groceries shopping.
Oh my gosh..we went over 5 places to do our grocerries shopping. OH boy i was soo dead tired and by the time we got back , i only left an hour to rest and get ready for work. Is always hectic for me on weekends..but Thank God, nowadays i got Sunday off..hehehe..i dun have to be so stress out.

On Sunday morning around 2 am, KIt got a phone call from his younger bro saying that Fil got stomach ache ..gotta go hospital. oh boy..so he rushed overthere to fetch him to hospital..Kit didn't got back till 6 am. Poor guy, he looked tired and worried. Fil got kidney stone and has to wait for scanning . Kit got back first and wait for his bro to call and pick them back. Kit's bro didn't call till 2 pm, boyyyy...it was like almost 12 hours eh...
THank God nothing serious... doc said the stone is almost coming out ..all he has to do is do lotsa big business (bo bo)
hmmm..
poor old man look tired and exhausted..he must in real pain eh.

With all this emergency thing happened, Kit's sis didn't even bothered to come over to Hamilton to visit her dad.
All she did was call and ask how are things. At first she said she will go visit on sunday evening, but in the end, kit found out that she won't come till monday. She is the type of a person that is scared of troubles.
For her to drive from Mississauga to Hamilton is troublesome. Esp is on sunday somemore.
If she come on monday...it will be more convenient for her because she works in Burlington, is like 15 mins drive compared to 45 mins drive from Mississauga to Hamilton.
N guess what? She is on holiday nowww..to Montrrreal already..hahahhah..what a good one huh?
Hmm i really dun understand why she behave like this. She is turning like a self centred person..behaving like her hubby,.
Poor old man, i think he was upset too eh...coz he loved his daughter very much..n she is the favourite one eh..
Isn't very ironic??

Oh well, i dun care that much..is her problem.
All we have to do is to do our part only.
